Appointments:
Appointments at Total Care Family Center are available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Walk-In Services
Walk-in service is available Monday through Friday. School and sports physicals are available on a walk-in basis.
Our Policies for Check-In
- Please bring your medical insurance identification card to each visit.
- Co-pays and fees for service are expected prior to receiving service.
- As a courtesy, Total Care Family Center will file a claim with your medical insurance company. If payment is denied or reduced, the balance is due from the patient. If you have a dispute about your medical insurance payment, please call your medical insurance company.
- Please make sure that Total Care Family Center is contracted with your medical insurance prior to receiving service. If Total Care Family Center is not contracted with your medical insurance carrier, payment will be expected at time of service and you will be responsible to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
