Fariba is a Surgical Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is nationally trained in Primary Care, Wound, Pain Management, Pressure Point Injections, Joint Injections, Dermatology, Podiatry, Ostomy, Incontinence, Hormone Therapy, Vitamin Therapy, Weight Loss, Diabetic Therapy, Nutrition and much more. She believes making a person whole is the key to living a long happy life. She has the energy, passion, and commitment to heal all ailments not just apply some band-aid over the symptoms.

Fariba has more than 30 years of medical experience starting with being an RN first and then completing Wound, Ostomy, and Incontinence national certifications. She has opened in the last 5 years an Ostomy Clinic for a major hospital on the east coast prior to moving to Colorado in 2020. In 2020 when she arrived in Colorado she opened and ran a surgical wound center for a major Urgent Care facility in Colorado Springs. She has a wealth of knowledge and is continually educating herself on knew medical procedures as well as alternative treatments.
